LA AND 3500 ACROSS SE TX. CAP STILL STRONG OVER AREA AND NEED
CONVECTIVE TEMPS OF NEAR 104F TO BREAK IT. A FEW STRONG TSTRMS
HAVE DEVELOPED BETWEEN HOUSTON AND AUSTIN WHERE TEMPS ARE CLOSE
TO 100F. WILL HAVE TO WATCH THIS ACTIVITY CLOSELY AS IT HAS STAYED
TOGETHER AS IT MOVES EASTWARD. WILL GO WITH 20% POPS OVER ENTIRE
AREA THIS EVENING AS FRONT SHOULD MAKE PROGRESS INTO CENTRAL LA
AND UPPER SE TX. WITH FRONT HANGING AROUND ON TUE BEFORE DISSIPATING
WILL KEEP ISO POPS BUT MOST OF UPPER LEVEL DYNAMICS SHOULD MOVE NE
