* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NEWTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS

* UNTIL 215 AM CST

* AT 1215 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED
  THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN ACROSS NORTHERN NEWTON
  COUNTY DURING THE PAST 2 HOURS. 1 TO 2 INCHES OF ADDITIONAL
  RAINFALL IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA OVER THE NEXT 2 HOURS.

* NEWTON COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT HAS CLOSED HIGHWAY 363 FROM
  HIGHWAY 87 TO THE KIRBY PLANT. WATER WAS COVERING HIGHWY 692 AND
  LOOP 505 TO AN UNKNFOWN DEPTH.
