JEFFERSON COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS * UNTIL 1130 AM CDT * AT 922 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS NORTHERN JEFFERSON COUNTY DURING THE PAST HOUR. 2 TO 3 INCHES OF ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED ACROSS JEFFERSON COUNTY OVER THE NEXT 2 HOURS. * FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS IS LIKELY WITH SOME SIDE STREETS BECOMING IMPASSABLE.
