IN NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA ...SOUTHERN THOMAS COUNTY AT 920 PM CST...A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR 23 MILES SOUTH SOUTHEAST OF MULLEN OR 22 MILES SOUTH OF SENECA MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
