AT 627 PM MST...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE
DOPPLER RADAR 22 MILES NORTH NORTHWEST OF OGALLALA OR 14 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF ARTHUR MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN RURAL AREAS.

THIS TORNADO WARNING REPLACES THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING WHICH
WAS IN EFFECT FOR SOUTHWE4STERN ARTHUR COUNTY.
