IN WEST CENTRAL NEBRASKA ...WESTERN MCPHERSON COUNTY AT 819 PM CST...A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR 31 MILES NORTH NORTHEAST OF OGALLALA OR 4 MILES WEST SOUTHWEST OF FLATS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
