BREATHITT COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN KENTUCKY * UNTIL 905 PM EDT * AT 404 PM EDT... AREA LAW ENFORCEMENT INDICATED THAT CLUSTERS OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE LOCATED BREATHITT COUNTY... MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH. WATER IS OVER HIGHWAY 30 WEST AT CANE CREEK SURROUNDING TRAILERS. FIRE DEPARTMENT IS EVACUATING TRAPPED CHILDREN.
