STRONGEST STORMS WERE LOCATED MAINLY NORTHWEST OF US-84 IN
SOUTHEAST GEORGIA. INDIVIDUAL STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT
AROUND 50 MPH.

THE COASTAL WATERS.
