* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  KEMPER COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI

* UNTIL 450 PM CDT

* AT 417 PM CDT... RADAR INDICATED TWO DEVELOPING SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS...ONE NEAR PRESTON AND THE OTHER JUST SOUTHEAST OF
SCOOBA. THE STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTH AT 20 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT MAINLY RURAL AREAS AND
