AT 951 PM...RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS COPIAH
COUNTY. ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES ASSOCIATED WITH THESE STORMS RANGED
FROM 1/2 TO 1 INCH AN HOUR. AS THESE STORMS MOVE ACROSS THE SATURATED
GROUND...MOST RAINFALL WILL BECOME RUNOFF AND AREAS OF FLOODING WILL
