  SOUTHERN CONCORDIA PARISH IN NORTHEASTERN LOUISIANA

* AT 413 AM CST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR ACME... MOVING VERY
  SLOWLY NORTHEAST.

* BETWEEN 3 AND 4 AM...SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED
