CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI * UNTIL 635 PM CDT * AT 500 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER PARTS OF SOUTHERN CARROLL COUNTY ASSOCIATED WITH VERY STRONG SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS. MOVEMENT IS SLOWLY WEST. * VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES BETWEEN COILA AND VAIDEN AND ALONG HIGHWAY 43O. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN 1 TO 3 INCHES WILL CAUSE POOR DRAINAGE AND RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING WITH LITTLE ADVANCE NOTICE. DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD! 68
