* AT 620 PM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN BOLTON AND
  TERRY...MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST.

* RAHDAR HAS INDICATED UP TO 3.5 INCHES OF RAINFALL OVER PARTS OF
  CENTRAL HINDS COUNTY BETWEEN 330 AND 6 PM. ADDITONAL AMOUNTS OF
