THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHICOT COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 645 AM CDT

* AT 510 AM ... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR LAKE VILLAGE... MOVING EAST
  AT 10 MPH..

* DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT ABOUT 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN
  OVER PARTS OF CHICOT COUNTY BETWEEN 4 AND 5 AM...WITH NEARLY 6
  INCHES OF RAINFALL SINCE LAST EVENING. SOME MINOR FLOODING HAS
  ALREADY BEEN REPORTED IN LAKE VILLAGE. AS MORE THUNDERSTORMS MOVE
  INTO THE AREA FROM THE WEST...ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL AGGRAVATE THE
  FLOOD PROBLEMS.
