THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORTHERN INDIANA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
  NORTHEASTERN ELKHART COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL INDIANA

* UNTIL 1020 PM EST

* AT 715 PM EST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR MIDDLEBURY... MOVEMENT
  WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

* A THUNDERSTORM CONTINUED TO DROP VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM JUST
  NORTHEAST OF GOSHEN THROUGH MIDDLEBURY.  DOPPLER RADAR AND
  SATELLITE ESTIMATES SHOW 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ALONG
  THE LITTLE ELKHART RIVER AND PINE CREEK OVER THE LAST 3 HOURS.
  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING
  ACROSS NORTHERN KOSCIUSKO AND SOUTHERN ELKHART COUNTIES AND WILL
  MERGE WITH THE ACTIVITY NEAR MIDDLEBURY OVER THE NEXT HOUR.
  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF ONE TO AS MUCH OF 3 INCHES IS POSSIBLE.

* PERSONS LIVING ALONG PINE CREEK OR THE LITTLE ELKHART RIVER
  SHOULD BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IF FLASH FLOODING IS
