* AT 853 PM CDT LINCOLN DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 8
  MILES WEST OF MONTICELLO...MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* THIS STORM IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT AREAS AROUND...

A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED NEAR CERRO GORDO.

TORNADOES ARE ESPECIALLY DANGEROUS AT NIGHT BECAUSE THEY ARE HARD
