THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  VERMILION COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 900 PM CDT

* HEAVY RAINFALL OVER VERMILION COUNTY EARLY THIS EVENING HAS CAUSED
  AREAS OF FLASH FLOODING. THE EMERGENCY SERVICES REPORTED NUMEROUS
  ROADS WASHED OUT IN THE HAWBUCK AREA...ALONG THE VERMILION RIVER
  SOUTH OF DANVILLE.

* DESPITE THE RAINS HAVING ENDED...FLOODING WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
  9 PM.

MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY IF FLOODWATERS THREATEN AND AVOID
DRIVING ACROSS FLOODED ROADS.
