* AT 715 PM CDT LINCOLN DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM 12 MILES WEST OF NEWTON TO 20 MILES
  WEST OF OLNEY...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.  THIS LINE OF STORMS HAS
  A HISTORY OF PRODUCING TORNADOES AND FUNNEL CLOUDS.
