* AT 225 PM CDT...LINCOLN DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM 20 MILES WEST OF CHAMPAIGN TO 20 MILES
  WEST OF TUSCOLA...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.
