A WARM FRONT NEAR THE OHIO RIVER WAS INTERACTING WITH A WARM AND
VERY UNSTABLE AIRMASS ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY.  THESE CONDITIONS
WILL RESULT IN THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT WITH SOME SEVERE STORMS
CONTAINING LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.
