* AT 1157 AM EDT... DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A RAPIDLY DEVELOPING
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 3 MILES NORTHWEST OF CARROLLTON MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
