* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DEARBORN COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN INDIANA.
  RIPLEY COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN INDIANA.

* EFFECTIVE UNTIL 425 AM EDT (325 AM EST).

*AT 130 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLAR RADAR INDICATED
BETWEEN 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS CENTRAL RIPLEY
AND DEARBORN COUNTIES SINCE MIDNIGHT EDT (11 PM EST).  AN
ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS EXPECTED ACROSS THIS REGION
THROUGH 3 AM EDT (2 AM EST). THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL LIKELY CAUSE
RIVERS AND STREAMS TO RISE QUICKLY OUT OF THEIR BANKS AND WATER TO
FLOW ACROSS ROADWAYS.

*AT 110 AM EDT...THE RIPLEY COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED WATER ON
ROADWAYS IN THE NORTHCENTRAL PORTION OF RIPLEY COUNTY ALONG COUNTY
ROUTES 40 AND 228.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...

PRETTY WELL...WITH DEWPTS NOW DOWN INTO THE M-U 60S.  FAIRLY
STRONG SHORT WAVE WL MOVE ACRS THE AREA OVERNIGHT...AND I STILL EXPECT
SOME SHRA/TSRA ACTIVITY AROUND...BUT PRBLY CAN CUT POPS BACK QUITE A
BIT ACRS MY OH/IN COUNTIES.  HAVE NOTED AN INCREASE IN CONVECTIVE CVRG
