000 TTAA00 KILN 202237 FFWILN OHC015-071-210135- BULLETIN FLOOD WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WILMINGTON OH 637 PM EDT SUN SEP 20 1998 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON HAS ISSUED A * FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS FOR... BROWN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL OHIO. HIGHLAND COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL OHIO. * EFFECTIVE UNTIL 935 PM EDT. *A SLOW MOVING CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS HAS DEPOSITED BETWEEN 3 AND 5 INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS NORTHERN BROWN AND HIGHLAND COUNTIES. BETWEEN 530 PM AND 630 PM OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER NORTHERN BROWN COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING THIS HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE SLIDING NORTHEAST ACROSS MOST OF HIGHLAND COUNTY BEFORE DIMINISHING AROUND 8 PM. THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL CAUSE STREAMS TO FLOOD. * IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
