* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LABETTE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS

* UNTIL NOON CDT
 
* AT 925 AM CDT...THE LABETTE COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED THAT
WHILE MOST MAIN HIGHWAYS HAD REOPENED...NUMEROUS SECONDARY ROADS
ACROSS THE COUNTY CONTINUED TO BE UNDERWATER. WITH ONLY LIGHT
RAINFALL EXPECTED THROUGH THE MORNING...WATER LEVELS SHOULD SLOWLY
RECEDE DURING THE DAY. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE ACROSS WATER-COVERED ROADS. THE WATER
DEPTH AND CURRENT MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
