NORTHERN BUTLER COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS SOUTHERN MARION COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 845 PM CDT * AT AT 542 PM CDT...SEVERAL MILES OF HIGHWAY 77 NEAR BURNS...OR 20 MILES NORTH OF EL DORADO WAS REPORTED UNDER WATER BY THE BURNS RURAL FIRE DEPARTMENT. * THUNDERSTORMS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR HAVE BROUGHT TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS NORTHERN BUTLER AND SOUTHERN MARION COUNTIES.
