NORTHERN BRAZORIA COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS NORTHWESTERN GALVESTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN HARRIS COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS * UNTIL 200 AM CDT * AT 130 AM... WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM JUST NORTH OF ALVIN... MOVING NORTH NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. * THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR FRIENDSWOOD BY 135 AM AND WEBSTER BY 145 AM THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. MOISTURE RICH ATMOSPHERE AND UPR DIFLUENCE SEEM TO COMBINE WITH AN AREA OF SFC CONVERGENCE ALG THE I-45 CORRIDOR TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL IN THE SE PTN OF OUR CWA. THE AREA OF HEAVIEST RAINFALL APPEARS TO HAVE GOTTEN A KICK IN THE LAST HALF HOUR...AND HOPEFULLY WILL EXIT THE CWA WITHIN THE HOUR.
