THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAY HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHERN MAINE

* UNTIL 215 AM EDT

* AT 810 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED AN AREA OF HEAVY RAIN MOVING NORTH ACROSS CUMBERLAND
  COUNTY. WEATHER SPOTTERS HAVE REPORTED BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES OF
  RAIN WITHIN THIS BAND IN THE PAST FEW HOURS...AND THE BAND
  PRODUCED STREET FLOODING AND ROAD CLOSURES IN PORTIONS OF
  SOUTHERN MAINE THIS EVENING. THE RAIN WILL CONTINUE DURING THE
  EVENING HOURS.

  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED ROADS.@ IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TELL
