* AT 800 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN AREA OF HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL SOMERSET COUNTY JUST NORTH
  OF SPENCER MOUNTAIN....MOVING NORTHEAST 10 TO 15 MPH.

THE MAIN THREAT OF FLOODING IS NEAR CAMPSITES ALONG SMALL RIVERS
AND STREAMS.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IF FLOOD WATERS THREATEN.
