  BELKNAP COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW HAMPSHIRE
  CARROLL COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW HAMPSHIRE
  COOS COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE

THE BAKER RIVER IN RUMNEY HAS STARTED TO RECEDE. MANY TOWNS IN
GRAFTON COUNTY HAVE BEEN ISOLATED BECAUSE OF WASHED OUT ROADS AND
FLOODING FROM THE BAKER RIVER AND MANY OF ITS TRIBUTARIES. PEOPLE
ARE URGED TO STAY OUT OF THIS AREA TO ALLOW EMERGENCY PERSONEL TO
RESPOND.
