* AT 245 PM... AREA LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FLOODING ALONG
  TRIBUTARIES FEEDING THE BAKER RIVER JUST BEFORE IT EMPTIES
  INTO THE PEMIGEWASSET RIVER.  THE FLOODING WAS OCCURING IN
  THE TOWN OF WEST PLYMOUTH IN SOUTHEASTERN GRAFTON COUNTY.
