FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 210 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE

   ...COOS COUNTY
 
AT 810 PM...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING
TO PASS OVER CENTRAL PORTIONS OF COOS COUNTY.  RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW
A HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN FROM COLEBROOK TO
ERROL.  MORE SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE MOVING INTO THE REGION FROM
NORTHERN VERMONT WHICH WILL BRING THREE HOUR RAINFALL TOTALS INTO
THE ONE TO TWO INCH RANGE.  THIS WILL CAUSE ALREADY SWOLLEN SMALL
RIVERS AND STREAMS TO OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  IF
FLOODWATERS THREATEN YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS...MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
