IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA ...HABERSHAM COUNTY...RABUN COUNTY IN WEST NORTH CAROLINA ...BUNCOMBE COUNTY...GRAHAM COUNTY...HAYWOOD COUNTY ...HENDERSON COUNTY...JACKSON COUNTY...MACON COUNTY...SWAIN COUNTY ...TRANSYLVANIA COUNTY RAINFALL ACROSS EXTREME NORTHEAST GEORGIA...AND THE MOUNTAINS OF WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA HAS AVERAGED FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES TODAY WITH A FEW REPORTS OVER 5 INCHES.
