LINGERING DYNAMICS OVR CWA IN THE MRNG. ALSO LAPSE RATES REMAIN HIGH WITH MSTR STILL ARND. WHATEVER CLRG WE GET...IT WL CLD BACK AND GET INSTABILITY...SLGT CHC TO CHC...SHRA INTO THE ELY EVENG.
