  EXTREME NORTHERN WALLACE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 800 PM MDT

* AT 415 PM MDT...GOODLAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM
  WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EXTREME SOUTHWEST SHERMAN AND EXTREME
  NORTHWEST WALLACE...MOVING SLOWLY TO THE EAST.

* SINCE 330 PM MDT...GOODLAND DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED TWO TO
  THREE INCHES OF RAINFALL FROM THIS STORM. THE HEAVY RAINFALL IS
  ALONG THE NORTH FORK OF THE SMOKY HILL RIVER. RESIDENTS IN THE
  WARNING AREA SHOULD BE ALERT FOR A RAPID RISE IN THE RIVER.
