FOR LATE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING EPISODE OF SEVERE FOR SOUTHEAST
CWFA.  WILL DELAY OPUGRI PRODUCT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE OR UNTIL ANY
OFFICAL NOTICE GIVEN.  FINALLY...LOW FFG VALUES IN A FEW COUNTIES OF
