CHANCE OF PRECIPITATION OVERNIGHT IS THE MAIN QUESTION THIS AFTERNOON.
18Z SFC CHART SHOWED WEAK HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING INTO THE AREA WITH A
TROF ROTATING THROUGH THE DAKOTAS.  DEW POINTS ARE IN THE 50S. KS CWA
HAS HAD SUNSHINE TODAY WITH SOME BREAKING UP OF THE CLOUDS IN THE NEB
CWA. SIGNIFICANT TROF IN THE WRN US RESULTING IN SW FLOW OVHD. WV IMAGRY
SHOWING A WAVE MOVING OUT OF AZ.  MODELS SHOWING MAIN VORT MAXES TO STAY
TO THE NORTH OF NEB.  SOME ISENTROPIC LIFT INDICTATED IN NRN PART OF CWA
BUT CONDENSATION PRESSURE DEFICETS REMAIN LARGE ENOUGH WHICH WILL
PROBABLY PRECLUDE ANY RAIN.  HOWEVER ALL MODELS DO SHOW LIGHT AMOUNTS OF
PRECIPITATION OVER THE E/NERN PORTION OF THE CWA MAINLY BETWEEN 6-12Z
BUT THE POPS ON THE GUIDANCE ARE ONLY AROUND 20 PERCENT. FROM WHAT I CAN
SEE NOT REAL CONFIDENT IN ANY RAIN TONIGHT.  BY 42-48 HOURS THEN BOTH THE
NGM AND AVN ARE AGAIN POINTING TOWARD RAIN. TEMPERATURES SHOULD BE CLOSE
TO GUIDANCE AND MORE IN LINE WITH CLIMO.
