THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WORTH HAS ISSUED A

   * FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
     TARRANT COUNTY IN TEXAS
     INCLUDING WHITE SETTLEMENT...WATAUGA...SANSOM PARK...SAGINAW...
     RIVER OAKS...RICHLAND HILLS...NORTH RICHLAND HILLS...LAKE
     WORTH...KELLER...HALTOM CITY...FORT WORTH...EAGLE MOUNTAIN...
     BENBROOK AND AZLE

   * UNTIL 1245 AM CDT

   * AT 1047 PM CDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED VERY HEAVY
     RAIN OVER WESTERN TARRANT COUNTY. THIS RAIN WILL MOVE OVER 
AREAS THAT HAVE ALREADY HAD AN INCH OF RAIN...AND AN ADDITIONAL ONE 
TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN MAKES URBAN FLOODING LIKELY. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
