AT 445 PM...HIGHWAY 380 ON THE EAST SIDE OF MCKINNEY WAS TEMPORARILY
CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATERS. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR DETECTED
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN FROM THE SOUTHWEST TO THE NORTHEAST
PARTS OF COLLIN COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 2 1/2
INCHES IN THE LAST HOUR IN THE MCKINNEY AREA.
