LATEST 12Z MODELS BRING THIS SHORT WAVE SOUTHEAST WITH TIME INTO
ONTARTIO.  SFC MAP SHOWS A COUPLE OF WEAK TROUGHS...ONE IN SRN MB
BETWEEN YWG AND YBR.

AND CAPES RUNNING FROM AROUND 800 AT INL TO 1100 AT BIS.  WITH ABOVE
