IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA ...CARROLL COUNTY...HEARD COUNTY AT 131 AM EST DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 8 MILES NORTH OF FRANKLIN IN HEARD COUNTY MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
