IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...FRIO COUNTY NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ALONG THE ZAVALA FRIO COUNTY LINE MOVING EAST AND NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH. THESE WINDS BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE MOBILE HOMES... SOMETIMES BUILDINGS.
