* RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 1 1/2 INCHES HAS FALLEN IN EASTERN
PORTIONS OF FRIO COUNTY IN THE PAST HOUR.  ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL
FALL FOR THE NEXT HOUR FLOODING LOW LYING AREAS...LOW WATER
CROSSINGS...AND BRINGING STREAMS AND CREEKS OUT OF BANKS.
