* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BEXAR COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  GUADALUPE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  WILSON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  ATASCOSA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 150 PM CDT

* AT 1050 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED
  TO INDICATE MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINBANDS ASSOCIATED WITH TROPICAL
  DEPRESSION CHARLEY MOVING ACROSS BEXAR...ATASCOSA...WILSON AND
  GUADALUPE COUNTIES. RAINFALL RATES OF 1/2 TO 1 INCH PER HOUR CAN
  BE EXPECTED WITH AS MUCH AS TWO INCHES POSSIBLE IN THE STRONGER
  STORMS AND THIS WILL CAUSE ADDTIONAL FLOODING PROBLEMS.

THE HEAVIEST RAINS WILL MOVE ACROSS SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF ATASCOSA
COUNTY BY NOON.

IF YOU ARE IN THESE AREAS... MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT DRIVE
THROUGH WATER COVERING THE ROAD.

AREA RESIDENTS SHOULD MONITOR FLOOD CONDITIONS... AND BE PREPARED
TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND... SHOULD FLOOD WATERS THREATEN. IF FLASH
FLOODING IS OBSERVED... ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN
