* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BEXAR COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 400 PM CDT

* FLASH FLOODING EXPECTED AROUND-
  OVER PORTIONS OF BEXAR COUNTY...INCLUDING THE SAN ANTONIO
  METROPOLITAN AREA.

* AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN
  CONTINUES TO MOVE EAST AROUND 20 MPH AND WILL CAUSE MODERATE TO
  HEAVY RAIN IN BEXAR COUNTY...INCLUDING THE SAN ANTONIO
  METROPOLITAN AREA.  LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND LOW LYING AREAS
  ARE PRONE TO FLOODING FROM THE RUNOFF OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS.
