SURFACE BOUNDARY REMAINS STALLED ACROSS THE EASTERN SECTION OF THE
CWA...SITUATED RUFFLY FROM AROUND BOY020 SOUTHWESTWARD THRU
SOUTHEAST WILLACY COUNTY ON INTO MEXICO JUST WEST OF BROWNSVILLE.
SOME CONVECTION STARTING TO FIRE ALONG THE BOUNDARY...WITH MORE
HEADED OUR WAY FROM MEXICO...QUICKLY APPROACHING THE RIO GRANDE IN
HIDALGO COUNTY. LOOKS LIKE SOME LIFTING BEING PROVIDED BY WEAK UPPER
IMPULSE PROGGED TO MOVE NORTHEAST THRU THE AREA LATE THIS EVENING
AND EARLY TONIGHT. RUC SHOWING THE UPPER LOW TO MOVE SLOWLY EASTWARD
AND OPEN UP A BIT AS IT WEAKENS BY TOMORROW MORNING. THIS GOES ALONG
WITH GUIDANCE FROM THIS MORNING. BY 12Z...MAIN UPPER SHORTWAVE
EXPECTED FROM AROUND FORT WORTH DOWN THRU DEL RIO...WITH NOT MUCH
EXPECTED HERE. BUT WITH THIS BOUNDARY HANGING AROUND...SOMETHING
COULD CROP UP JUST ABOUT ANYTIME. RUC ACTUALLY SHOWS BOUNDARY MOVING
JUST OFFSHORE DURING THE NIGHT...WHICH WOULD PLAY HAVOC WITH
TEMPERATURE AND WIND FORECAST. FOR NOW...THINK WILL HOLD OFF ON
MAKING ANY SIGNIFICANT CHANGES...EXCEPT FOR UPPING MINIMUMS.

CWF...NOTHING MUCH HAPPENING AT BOY020...HOWEVER IF FRONT DOES MOVE
EAST AND/OR SOUTH OVERNIGHT...COULD SEE WINDS BUMP UP QUICKLY.
CANNOT SEE WHERE I CAN DO MUCH FOR NOW THO GIVEN UNCERTAINTY OF
MOVEMENT OF BOUNDARY.
