THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KERR COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 715 AM CDT

* FLASH FLOODING EXPECTED AROUND-
  OVER PARTS OF KERR COUNTY

* SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE OVER PARTS OF KERR
  COUNTY THIS MORNING.  LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN COULD STILL FORM IN THE
  NEXT 1 TO 2 HOURS.  THIS WILL CAUSE FLOODING AT LOW WATER
  CROSSINGS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS THAT ARE EASILY PRONE
  TO FLOODING.  SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL ALSO EXPERIENCE
  A RISE.

IF YOU ARE IN THESE AREAS... MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT DRIVE
THROUGH WATER COVERING THE ROAD.  EXTREME CAUTION IS ADVISED
AT LOW WATER CROSSINGS...WERE FLOODING IS LIKELY.

AREA RESIDENTS SHOULD MONITOR FLOOD CONDITIONS... AND BE PREPARED
TO MOVE :TO HIGHER GROUND... SHOULD FLOOD WATERS THREATEN. IF FLASH
FLOODING IS OBSERVED... ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN
