* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LAVACA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  DEWITT COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 655 PM CDT

* FLASH FLOODING EXPECTED AROUND-
  OVER PARTS OF LAVACA AND DEWITT COUNTIES

* AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH AN UPPER AIR
  DISTURBANCE AND AN ABUNDANT SUPPLY OF TROPICAL MOISTURE WILL
  CONTINUE TO PLAGUE LAVACA AND DEWITT COUNTIES.  RAINFALL RATES OF
  ONE HALF TO ONE INCH ARE CURRENTLY OCCURING AND AN ADDITIONAL ONE
