THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EDWARDS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  REAL COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  KINNEY COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  UVALDE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 800 AM CDT

* FLASH FLOODING EXPECTED AROUND-


* SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE ONCE AGAIN DEVELOPED OVER THE
  WESTERN HILL COUNTRY WHERE RAINS FROM PREVIOUS DAYS HAVE SUPER
  SATURATED THE SOILS.  WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES
  RAINFALL RATES AT 1 TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR IN NORTH WEST UVALDE
  COUNTY AND SOUTH CENTRAL EDWARDS COUNTY AND THE STORMS WERE
  SHOWING LITTLE MOVEMENT.  MANY ROADS ARE ALREADY CLOSED IN
  THIS AREA DUE TO HIGH WATER.

IF YOU ARE IN THESE AREAS... MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT DRIVE
THROUGH WATER COVERING THE ROAD.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...
ACT QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT
AT NIGHT TO TELL HOW MUCH WATER IS ON ROADS. MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT
DRIVE THROUGH WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH.
