ROUND FIVE...AND 2ND NIGHT IN A ROW FOR MULTIPLE MCSS UPSTREAM OF
CWA.  THIS FCST PROBABLY THE TRICKIEST.  MAIN TWO PROBLEMS ARE NEED
FOR FF WATCH AND POPS TONIGHT.  TOUGH CALL ON THE FFA.  FFG VALUES
VERY LOW OVER SRN HALF OF CWA WHERE 1-3 FELL 24 HOURS AGO.  NRN
COUNTIES CAN TAKE A BIT MORE...THOUGH NOT THAT MUCH.  ETA WOULD
SUGGEST (THOUGH IT COMPLETELY MISSED THE CURRENT ERN KS ACTIVITY)
THAT 850 JET WILL VEER SLIGHTLY DURING MORNING AND STRENGTHEN.
POSITIONING OF JET WOULD SUGGEST THAT SWRN NEB ACTIVITY WOULD ROLL
EWD ALONG KS/NEB BORDER SO WE MAY VERY WELL GET TWO ROUNDS AGAIN
PRIOR TO 18Z.  BASED ON THIS...WILL GO AHEAD AND ISSUE FFA FOR THIS
AM.  NERN COUNTIES CERTAINLY THE WEAKEST ARGUMENT FOR FFA...BUT FOR
SIMPLICITYS SAKE WILL PROBABLY INCLUDE THEM AS WELL.

MODELS ALL DO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS WITH OUR EVER-SO CRITICAL
BOUNDARY.  WITH WRN GT LAKES SFC HIGH RETREATING EWD...FRONT SHD
HAVE EASIER TIME WORKING NORTH.  IF WE ARE ABLE TO CLEAR OUT
TODAY...BOUNDARY SHOULD HAVE EASY TIME MOVING NORTH OF CWA.  IF
NOT...TONIGHTS LLJ (WHICH SHOULD BE FOCUSED WELL NORTH) WILL ONCE
AGAIN IMPINGE ON BOUNDARY AND WE COULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN.
HOWEVER...THINK WARMING TEMPS AT 700 MB SHOULD LARGELY PRECLUDE TSRA
DEVELOPMENT.  WILL PROBABLY LEAVE FCST DRY TONIGHT ALTHOUGH MAY
INCLUDE LOW CHC POPS IN NW COUNTIES WHERE THEY STAND THE BEST CHC.
