THINK THIS IS THE 4TH NIGHT IN A ROW FOR MCS MOVING THRU AREA.
FIRST CONCERN IS NEED FOR FF WATCH.  CURRENT TSRA ACTIVITY ALREADY
HAS GENERATED SEVERAL AREAS OF 1.  NEXT BATCH OF TSRA OVER CNTRL KS
APPEARS TO BE HEADED STRAIGHT FOR CWA.  LOOKING AT 850 MB WINDS OFF
PROFILERS AND FORECAST OF SUCH FROM ETA WOULD SUGGEST ACTIVITY
SHOULD CONTINUE EASTWARD AND PERSIST AT LEAST THROUGH LATE MORNING.
700 MB WAA PATTERN THROUGH 00Z TONIGHT LOOKS SUSPICIOUSLY SIMILAR TO
OTHER DAY WHEN MCS WOULDNT QUIT OVER CENTRAL MO.  SO...GIVEN
ANTECEDENT RAINFALL AND MOST OF CWA WITH FF GUIDANCE VALUES UNDER AN
INCH (MANY AROUND 0.5)...WILL HAVE TO GO WITH FFA.  NRN MO LOOKS
LIKE WILL ESCAPE THE HEAVIEST RAIN AND SINCE THIS MATCHES THE
CURRENT SVR TSTM WATCH WELL WILL CARRY FFA IN SAME AREA.  WILL CARRY
WATCH ALL DAY LONG...GIVEN POSSIBILITY OF CONTINUED REDEVELOPMENT.
DAY SHIFT MAY HAVE TO CANCEL EARLY IF THIS SCENARIO DOESNT PAN OUT.
